Refund and Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition;
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact;
  • The item must not be altered or damaged due to non-product-related reasons;
  • Intimate items such as underwear, socks, and swimwear cannot be returned, except in cases of product defects.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for worn or washed clothing.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return – Contact us via starphil@frudot-mart.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Approval Confirmation – We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days to confirm whether the return is accepted.
  3. Send Back the Item – If approved, you must ship the item to our return address and provide us with the tracking number.
  4. Refund/Exchange Processing – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account (depending on your payment provider).
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, except in cases where the item has a quality issue.
  • If the return is due to a defective product, we will provide a full refund and cover the return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, you may request an exchange within 30 days of purchase. The exchanged item must meet the return conditions.

Important Notes:

  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability, so we recommend submitting your request as soon as possible.
  • We do not support multiple exchanges for the same order (i.e., exchanged items cannot be returned or exchanged again).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Underwear, socks, swimwear, and other intimate items (unless defective);
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged;
  • Sale items (unless otherwise stated, discounted items are not eligible for return).
